– Mobility for learners and staff –
Higher Education Student and Staff Mobility

Based on the agreement between University of Ecology and Management in Warsaw (UEMW) and Universiteti i Shkencave të Aplikuara në Ferizaj (USHAF), for the exchange of students and/or staff in the context of the Erasmus+ programme, USHAF publishes this announcement for expression of interests for students who are interested to be part of this mobility.

A. Mobility per academic year

The mobility is for two students for one semester (five months) with travel, accommodation and living expenses covered by the project. The table below provides detailed information about the mobility and subject area (Interior Architecture and Design).

B.  Recommended language skills
For this mobility there is e requirement of the English language at the level of B1 English[1]. For more details on the language of instruction recommendations, see the course catalogue of University of Ecology and Management in Warsaw [http://eng.wseiz.pl/erasmus_plus.html]. 

C. Calendar

Applications from interest students should be submitted to USHAF by the latest 11 November 2016, in electronic Form (by email at [email protected]) and hard copy. Each application should include the Application Form and the Learning Agreement. Both these forms can be found at the receiving institution website [http://eng.wseiz.pl/erasmus_plus.html]

2. Visa

USHAF will provide assistance, when required, in securing visas for incoming and outbound mobile participants, according to the requirements of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education.

For or non-EU citizens, as a general rule to enter Poland a visa is needed. There are a number of countries that are free of this requirement, however, For Kosovo citizens, visa is required. 3. Insurance

The sending and receiving institutions will provide assistance in obtaining insurance for incoming and outbound mobile participants, according to the requirements of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education. Healthcare in Poland is available for students from EU/EEA countries, provided that they hold valid medical insurance in the national insurance system of their country. A valid passport, student identity card and a valid European Health Insurance Card entitles its holder to medical care free of charge in Poland.

Non-EU students are recommended to purchase their own international medical insurance prior to their arrival in Poland. Information and assistance can be provided by the following contact points and information sources provided in the receiving institution link.

4. Housing

The receiving institution will guide incoming mobile participants in finding accommodation, according to the requirements of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education.
