Faculty of Management
Within the Faculty of Management, 2 educational programs are offered:
- Program: “Business Management and Entrepreneurship” – Bachelor’s level (BSc), studies in this program last 3 years and are held only for regular studies. The program is organized in modules and assessed with credits, which are in line with the European credit system, and
- Program: “Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management” at the Master’s level (MSc), studies in this program last 2 years and are held only for regular studies. The program is organizemaster’sules and assessed with credits, which are in line with the European credit system.
In these programs, students are encouraged to be an active part of learning through interactive discussions and group activities – applying the student-centered approach, and students are also encouraged for independent study work through the realism of research in the relevant fields foreseen by the program curricula. The programs provide students with adequate knowledge and skills for their professional field, as well as an international orientation. They enable students to develop and acquire managerial, legislative, financial, business – entrepreneurship and innovation competencies, as well as good opportunities for a profitable career The Faculty of Management provides students with qualified academic staff, necessary infrastructure and modern teaching equipment. The practical aspect of the program (depending on the course plan presented in the syllabus) is strengthened through teaching activities – practical visits in cooperation with local and international businesses and institutions.
Kastriot Jaha, Business Management and Entrepreneurship-BSc program:
“During my studies in the “Business Management and Entrepreneurship” program, I have experienced a very valuable experience, which has influenced my formation as an individual and as a professional in the field, I have prepared for the labor market according to the requirements of the modern economy, thanks to the knowledge, skills/abilities and competencies acquired in this program, I am now employed as a manager in a company. From the learning process, I have learned how to make well-thought-out decisions and manage concrete work challenges, I have developed my communication and teamwork skills, I have learned to use modern tools for financial analysis, innovation, legislation and project management, I am competent for teamwork, to think critically and creatively, therefore I recommend to young people that UShAF is the right place to study.”

During my studies, I had the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the basic concepts of business management, organization, financing and entrepreneurship, based on the knowledge, skills and competencies acquired, I am currently employed in a local company. The program provides contacts with businesses, allows you to study for a semester at the most renowned European universities (an opportunity that I took advantage of), exchange of experiences with students from the country, the region and Europe, which make the program very attractive and comparable to larger European universities. In addition to the academic aspect, I have also gained the necessary confidence to take personal initiatives and contribute to the economic and social development of the country, therefore I recommend this program to young people as the right one to study. ”
