Jashari-Goga is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Management, at the University of Applied Sciences in Ferizaj, a position she has held since 2022.

She completed her Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree and Doctorate in Management and Informatics, at the University of Prishtina, Kosovo.

From 2013-2016, she worked as an assistant at the University of Prishtina.

She joined the University of Applied Sciences in Ferizaj in 2016.

She speaks English as well as her native Albanian.
