UASF deepens international cooperation with two higher education institutions in the Czech Republic

University of Applied Sciences in Ferizaj considers as important part the development of international cooperation with other Universities. The rector of the University of Applied Sciences in Ferizaj, Prof. Dr. Agron Bajraktari, during his official visit to the Czech Republic agreed for interuniversity cooperation with two Universities: Mendel University in Brno and University of Life Sciences in Prague.

The purpose of these agreements is in the exchange of academic staff, students, literature, scientific cooperation as well as joint in different projects and international funds for education and science.

Rector Bajraktari was grateful by the visit and hospitality extended to him by the Rectors and the managerial staff of the two universities, and mentioned that, international cooperation is of particular importance for UASF, as the only University of Applied Sciences in Kosovo.

Rector said he was convinced that from this  cooperation will benefit all institutions of higher education, especially UASF as the newest public University in the country, which is doing everything possible to prepare new staff with skills and competencies not only for local market but also internationally.

Both universities, which the University of Applied Sciences in Ferizaj will operate, are prestigious Universities with well-equipped laboratories. Rectors of the two universities have expressed their willingness to visit UASF and look closely the possibilities of mutual cooperation in order to benefit students and academic staff.
