Gazmend Deda is a part time Lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences in Ferizaj since 2012, and from 2008 is a regular professor at the Secondary School of Professional Studies in Kaçanik. During this period he has been a lecturer in economic subjects.

Lecturer Deda has a number of scientific publications in international journals, as well as participation in international scientific conferences.

Deda is in the final phase of PhD studies at Agro Business University in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

He conducted bachelor and master studies at the State University of Tetovo in Economics, Marketing and Management and in 2011 he received a Master of Science Degree in Economics.
