Meha is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Tourism and Environment at the University of Applied Sciences in Ferizaj.

She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature at the University of Prishtina and her Master’s Degree in Business Management and Marketing at the University of Library Studies and Information Technologies in Sofia, Bulgaria. She gained her Doctorate in Communication and Information Sciences at the same university. She has completed post-doctoral research in Communication Sciences at the University of Vienna, Austria.

During her postdoctoral position at the University of Vienna, in collaboration with the scientific leader, she completed a research report on the co-operation between academia and industry in Austria, analysing its impact on economic and technological development. The report highlights the role of higher education institutions in the “third mission”, transferring knowledge and technology through partnerships with industry. She also organised a workshop at the University of Vienna with representatives from government, academia, industry and funding agencies, promoting collaboration on sustainable projects.

Her professional experience also includes engagements in international organizations such as USAID, World Bank, the EU, GIZ, ADA, WUS Austria, OeAD and ZSI, where she contributed to the development of educational programs and the increase of institutional capacities. In addition, she has worked closely with governmental institutions, such as the Ministry of Education in Kosovo, supporting policy development and improving educational standards.

She has published scientific papers in international journals contributing to the fields of communication, management, tourism and co-operation between academia and industry. She has also participated in international conferences, where she has presented her research findings and contributed to the advancement of scientific discourse in various academic fields.
