In the spaces of the University of Applied Sciences in Ferizaj (UASF) the inauguration of the Installation “Pieces of Strength” took place. This installation is a special work, dedicated to the contribution of women, especially those before and during the last war, as well as to all women who have contributed in different spheres in our society.

The project is supported by Jahjaga Foundation, where the winner of this project is our student Elba Gashi, who is in her second year in the Graphic Design and Multimedia program. The welding process was carried out by Vatër Hyseni and Elba, while our artists and students such as: Gentrit Osmani, Eduart Topalli and Hanë Haziri, assisted in the realization of this project.

This artistic work was also welcomed by the Rector of UASF Prof. Dr. Agron Bajraktari, who was very satisfied with the result of this project, “I am extremely happy that our students, like Elba, manage to realize such sensitizing and professional projects. I strongly believe that such activities are welcome and beneficial for all of us. Our university is always open to support young people and such projects.
