Prof. As. Florit Hoxha
Vice Dean for Cooperation with Industry, Practical Work, Technology, and Digitalization
Hoxha is Vice-Dean for Cooperation with Industry, Practical Work, Technology and Digitisation in the Faculty of Applied Arts, at the University of Applied Sciences in Ferizaj, having previously been Dean of the faculty from 2020-2024.
He completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in the Department of Graphic Design, Faculty of Arts, at the University of Prishtina in Kosovo. He is currently in the process of completing his Doctorate at Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University in Niğde, Turkey.
As a professional in the field of graphic and interior design, Hoxha has extensive experience as a designer. From 2002-2014, he worked in well-known national and international companies as a graphic and interior designer.
From 2014-2016, he was an assistant at the University of Pristina.
He joined the University of Applied Sciences in Ferizaj in 2016 as a teacher. He offers various courses such as; Vector Graphics, Multimedia, Basics of Web Design, Product Design and Design of Commercial Spaces. From 2018-2020, he was Dean of the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Wood Technology and previously an Advisor to the Rector from 2016-2018.
He has participated in many conferences, as well as published research in well-known national and international journals. He has won various awards for his artistic work in his participation in exhibitions at both national and international level.
He speaks English and Turkish as well as his native Albanian.
