Bytyçi is the Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Environment at the University of Applied Sciences in Ferizaj. She is also a Lecturer and Co-ordinator for Academic Development in the same department, having been so since 2022. She previously held the position of Official for Information and Media Monitoring from 2015-2021, and was a member of the Senate from 2021-2022.

She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in the Department of Sociology, Faculty of Philosophy, at the University of Prishtina, in 2009 and her Master’s Degree in Tourism Management and Innovation and the University of Applied Sciences in Ferizaj, in 2021. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate at University St. Kliment Ohridski in Bitola, North Macedonia.

From 2008-2011, she worked for the consultancy, Prishtina REA, as an assistant trainer, where she was responsible for providing and monitoring support services for training, research, studies and other activities related to project implementation. During 2011, she was a Supervisor at the Kosovo Statistics Agency.

She has published several papers in international scientific journals, as well as participated in national and international scientific conferences.

She speaks English and Bosnian-Croatian-Serbian (BCS) as well as her native Albanian.
