University of Applied Sciences in Ferizaj (UASF) announces a call for applications for students’ mobility for traineeships for 2020. The Mobility is under K2 Action current IBC-M Erasmus + Project “Creating Theory to Practice Centers for Innovation and Employment”

This Mobility is an Internship opportunity with the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, UASF project partner. More information about this partner can be found under below link: https://www.uni-lj.si/eng/about_university_of_ljubljana.aspx.

The Placement will be for 1 student for a period of 3 months with University of Ljubljana International Office.

All costs for completing semester abroad will be covered by ERASMUS+ grant while selected student will need to pay regular tuition fee to UASF for that semester.

In order to apply for exchange, the UASF student must:

§ have timely and constant payment of tuition fees (all debts should be covered before going abroad);

§ have good academic standing (cumulative semester grade of at least 8.00);

§ have cumulative attendance of at least 60 %;

§ have knowledge of the English language (B2 level);

§ demonstrate cross-cultural competencies.

Internal selection will be completed at UASF and will be based on:

§ Letter of motivation;

§ Cumulative average grade

Students who did not have a chance to participate in the exchange programs previously are highly encouraged to apply and will have priority during selection process.

Application & selection process

Application deadline is Monday, March 2, 2020. Applicants should send Letter of motivation (one A4 page max) to Fatime Musliu at: [email protected]. Short listed candidates will be called for an interview with the University of Ljubljana (UL) International Office and UASF representatives.

IMPORTANT: Motivation letter should be sent to UASF as you have to apply directly to UASF first where internal selection will be completed. After selection is done, UASF must nominate student to receiving partner institutions, UL in this case.
