Today, the University of Applied Sciences in Ferizaj (UASF) hosted a delegation from the Southeast European University (SEEU), in a meeting, in the context of concretizing the cooperation after the signing of the Cooperation Agreement between the two institutions.
The SEEU delegation, composed of Prof. Dr. Sadudin Ibraimi – Vice-Rector for Planning and Entrepreneurship, Prof. Dr. Florije Ismaili – Advisor for Academic Planning and Digitalization, Doc. Mr. Rakib Amdiu – Acting Dean of the Faculty of Technical Sciences and Prof. Dr. Mentor Hamiti- were hosted by the Rector of UASF, Prof. Dr. Agron Bajraktari, together with the vice-rectors of the university.
During the meeting, the parties discussed concrete opportunities for cooperation, including the organization of study visits for students, joint conferences, development of research and scientific projects, drafting of joint study programs, as well as mobility of academic staff and students. The engagement of professors in the teaching process and in supervising master’s and doctoral theses, the use of agreements with businesses for professional practices, the use of university infrastructure for academic and practical purposes, as well as other issues of mutual interest, were also discussed.
Rector Bajraktari thanked the delegation for the visit and highly appreciated the joint commitment to the advancement of higher education in Kosovo and beyond.
After the meeting, the SEEU representatives visited the UASF premises, where they were closely acquainted with the laboratories, classrooms, student projects and other facilities that serve to carry out the academic process.
