The University of Applied Sciences in Ferizaj (UASF) had the pleasure of welcoming representatives from the University of Sunderland in London: David Pepper, Strategic Lead for English Language and International Integration – London, University of Sunderland &University of Sunderland in London and Blerton Hyseni, Senior Lecturer/Programme Manager, University of Sunderland in London.
The purpose of this visit was to create a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the University of Sunderland and UASF, which will open new opportunities for students and staff.
Mr. Pepper and Mr. Hyseni shared with UASF students and staff the importance of this agreement and the benefits it brings to both institutions.
The agreement includes the development of joint academic programs, exchange of academic experiences, student and staff mobility, joint research projects, organization of professional training, and other aspects of collaboration.
The Rector of UASF, Prof. Dr. Agron Bajraktari, and representatives of the University of Sunderland in London agreed to continue and expand this collaboration in the future.
After the meeting, the guests were introduced to UASF’s facilities, including laboratories and academic spaces.
