The University of Applied Sciences in Ferizaj (UShAF) and the University of Sopron in Hungary have signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at establishing inter-university ties and fostering collaboration across various fields.
The memorandum includes:
- Exchange of academic, administrative staff, and students;
- Collaboration in research and exchange of results;
- Exchange of materials and scientific information.
Opportunities were also discussed for the establishment of joint master’s degree programs and the possibility of doctoral studies for candidates from UShAF.
The agreement was signed by the Rector of UShAF, Prof. Dr. Agron Bajraktari, and the Rector of the University of Sopron, Prof. Dr. Attila Fabian.
This collaboration is expected to bring significant benefits to both institutions and the academic community. During the visit, Rector Bajraktari, accompanied by the Vice Rector for International Cooperation and Quality Assurance, Lect. Kushtrim Cukaj, and the Dean of the Faculty of Architecture, Design, and Wood Technology, Lect. Bujar Jashari, held meetings with the leadership staff of the University of Sopron and visited the campus and faculties, getting a closer look at the research and academic opportunities offered.
