The purpose of signing these Agreements is the membership of UShAF in the Association of Electronic Libraries of Kosovo and the use of resources and electronic materials necessary for students and teachers of UShAF, as well as the possibility of membership of students and teachers of this book in the USSR as regular readers. .

Also, the National Library of Kosovo, offers a service of references for students and academic staff of UShAF, including information on collections (access to over 700 thousand titles), electronic and manual catalog, research methods, ways of borrowing, and orientation of users to the relevant Library staff.

The agreements were signed by the Rector of UShAF, Prof. Dr. Agron Bajraktari, z. Fazli Gajraku, Director of the National Library of Kosovo and Mrs. Bukurije Haliti, Coordinator of the Association of Electronic Libraries of Kosovo.
