Zhubi is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Tourism and Environment at the University of Applied Sciences in Ferizaj, a position she had held since 2022.

She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in the Department of Marketing, Faculty of Economics, at the University of Prishtina in 2008, and her Master’s Degree in 2012 at the same institution. She also has completed a Master’s Degree in Pharmacy at Rezonanca College in Prishtina, in 2010. In 2015, she completed her Doctorate at the University of Tirana, Albania, at the Faculty of Medical and Technical Sciences.

She started her academic career in 2013 as an assistant at the University of Applied Sciences in Ferizaj. She also worked as an assistant at the Faculty of Mathematical and Natural Sciences at the University of Tirana between 2013-2015, where she taught classes in Marketing and Management, and at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Prishtina between 2013-2014.

From 2015-2017, she was an external lecturer at the University of Tirana in the Faculty of Technical and Medical Sciences and a lecturer and the University of Applied Sciences in Ferizaj from 2016-2017. She was promoted to Assistant Professor in 2018.

She has given 21 presentations at various international conferences in Albania, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Turkey and Kosovo. She has published 16 papers in various international journals. She has also participated in congresses, seminars, symposiums, professional trainings, as well as local and international conferences.

She speaks English and Bosnian-Croatian-Serbian as well as her native Albanian.
