Krasniqi is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Management at the University of Applied Sciences in Ferizaj, where he has worked since 2013. He was previously Dean of the Faculty of Management from 2020-2024.

He completed his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in the Faculty of Economics at the University of Prishtina. In 2015, he received his Doctorate in Management, at the University of Tirana, Albania.

Since 2006, he has worked in various academic institutions, such as; Iliria College, the University of Business and Technology, AAB College and Riinvest College.

He has carried out a number of developmental, administrative and managerial activities, including; Program Co-ordinator for the Faculty of Industrial Management at the University of Applied Sciences in Ferizaj, Director of Economic Development for the Municipality of Prishtina, Chairman of the steering committee for various government projects implemented by foreign consulting companies, Advisor to the Minister of Justice where he was responsible for project management, Member of the Board of Directors at the Business Bank in Prishtina and the General Director at FC Prishtina.

He was a participant in 3 projects funded by Erasmus+; the K2 Project for Raising Professional Capacities at Nottingham Trent University in the U.K., Creating Theory for Practice and Centres for Innovation and Employment at North West Regional College in Northern Ireland, and Staff Mobility at the University of Ecology and Management in Warsaw, Poland.

He has profuse experience in project management through his work in governmental institutions, where he has been engaged in the development of strategy at the local level, program development, local economic development, as well as other academic and research competencies in the fields of strategy, management and governance. He has been engaged in the design, analysis and implementation of various projects, including providing training and consulting services specialising in business, management and employment. He is the co-author of the first book published in Kosovo which deals with case studies.

He speaks English and German as well as his native Albanian.
