Representatives from Austrian Company “VAMED” visited UASF

The rector of University of Applied Sciences in Ferizaj, Prof. Dr. Agron Bajraktari today hosted representatives of Austrian Company “VAMED”, Mr. Johann Muller-Albrecht, Mrs. Amy Tremmel, Mr. Reinhard Kreples, with which he had a conversation for cooperation possibilities between two pairs.

During this meeting, was discussed about the opening of a specialized Health Academy, which will provide professional health training for Kosovo students. Rector of UASF, Prof. Dr. Agron Bajraktari thanked the representatives of the Company for visiting the University, as well as the readiness to work together on important projects and initiatives for the only Applied Science University in the country.

“All these opportunities that are being offered to us as a university by business companies will be listed in the history of the University as a contributor to its development, while students are creating excellent opportunities in their preparation,” said Rector.

Meanwhile, representatives of “VAMED” company thanked Rector Bajraktari for their readiness to work together and stressed that such a project, as the Academy could be, will benefit the youth and all the citizens of Kosovo.

The project presented by “VAMED” foresees the certification of local staff in different areas of healthcare at the academic level and many other important points for the further transfer of knowledge between local and international experts as well as between institutions.
