The University of Applied Sciences in Ferizaj (UASF) announces a call for applications for the awarding of scholarships to UASF staff members who are pursuing doctoral studies.

Based on Decision No. 652/26, dated 30.03.2026, of the Governing Council, the University of Applied Sciences in Ferizaj (UASF ), on 10.09.2026, UASF announces:

CALL FOR APPLICATIONS

For the awarding of scholarships to UASF staff members who are pursuing doctoral studies:

I. General Conditions

1. All staff members in a regular employment relationship at UASF who are currently students in doctoral studies at a university in Kosovo or abroad are entitled to apply for the scholarship.
2. Candidates applying for the scholarship pursuant to point 1 must attach a certificate proving that they are currently students, issued by the Higher Education Institution where they are studying, and they must not have previously benefited from a scholarship from UASF during their doctoral studies.
3. The completed documents shall be submitted physically to the Office for Academic Affairs of UASF .

The Central Administration is obliged, in accordance with the criteria established by this call for applications, to prepare the lists of candidates who meet the criteria for receiving the university scholarship;

II. Application Deadline

The application deadline is from 10.09.2026 until 20.11.2026 at 16:00.

III. Right to Appeal

Candidates who consider that they were entitled to receive the university scholarship and were not included in the list of scholarship beneficiaries have the right to appeal to the Appeals Commission within 48 hours after the day of publication of the lists.

Appeals must be submitted to the Office for Academic Affairs.
